The SupportWeb Answerbook is a searchable knowledgebase that supplies the most
up-to-date technical information from Scribe support. The Answerbook is continually
updated with new troubleshooting tips, frequently asked questions, and technical
bulletins. Make it the first resource to check when you encounter a technical issue.

The
Scribe User Community
is a valuable support resource that is constantly being updated
and is open to everyone. The Scribe Community is a Web-based support community that
combines the knowledge and expertise of Scribe customers and partners with the
technical skills of our support team. The Scribe Community contains downloadable
migration and integration templates that can get your project off to the right start.
It also contains a discussion forum, providing the connection for peer-to-peer
support; and it is monitored by our technical staff members who offer suggestions
and solutions.
