Scribe Names Microsoft Dynamics Channel Veteran Vice President of Worldwide Sales

Scribe aligns management team with cloud platform growth strategy in enterprise, midsized business , and global markets

Manchester, NH — August 18, 2011 – Scribe, a global data integration provider, today announced the promotion of Lou Antonucci to vice president of sales. In addition to leading Scribe’s direct and indirect channel initiatives, Antonucci is now responsible for driving the company’s global sales efforts, including the execution of Scribe’s cloud platform sales strategies.

"This is an exciting time to be driving sales for an integration platform provider — especially for Scribe with its combination of experience and innovation," said Antonucci. "With cloud adoption finally moving beyond the hype and truly accelerating in both large and midsized companies worldwide, we are in a great position to expand the delivery of our hybrid integration platform and services throughout and beyond Dynamics and our global partner ecosystem."

Prior to joining Scribe in 2005, Antonucci served for over 25 years in leadership positions in channel development, channel sales, direct sales, and product marketing with Computervision, Apollo Computer, Avnet/Hall-Mark, Hewlett-Packard, and most recently NaviSite. As director of channel sales at NaviSite, his leadership resulted in the development of a robust, well-managed sales channel, triple-digit performance for NaviSite’s Microsoft Dynamics Channel Sales team, and a Microsoft ASP of the Year and Microsoft ASP Excellence Award for the company.

"There is a huge market opportunity taking shape around the complex hybrid integration environment, big data, and cloud-to-cloud integration," said Lou Guercia, president and CEO of Scribe. "Scribe has a history of working with our partners to capitalize on new opportunities, and Lou has the extensive channel relationships, global vision, and competitive spirit we must have to succeed in the next phase of our growth. He is the ideal executive to lead our sales efforts at this critical moment for Scribe."

"Today, no application is standalone, especially in the cloud," said Scott Swartz, founder and CEO of MetraTech. "The billing system is the center of knowledge for financial relationships and for providing that information to other systems, which lets ISVs better manage and service their customers. We selected Scribe because we wanted a partner that could deliver world-class integration in the Windows Azure environment in the most efficient and effective manner possible for our ISV customers."
